This program is for new swimmers age 8 and under.
Practices are 30 minutes in length and are intended for swimmers that are working towards swimming one full length of the pool (25m) continuously.
Requirements

This is AHA's largest program and is for swimmers that are focusing on improving endurance and technique in the four competitive swim strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and front crawl).
Swimmers are placed according to skill level to ensure appropriate challenge. The Aquanauts program includes swimmers who are still developing
This is AHA's largest program and is for swimmers that are focusing on improving endurance and technique in the four competitive swim strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and front crawl).
Swimmers are placed according to skill level to ensure appropriate challenge. The Aquanauts program includes swimmers who are still developing their technique in the four competitive strokes, as well as our younger competitive swimmers who are building distance, endurance, and efficiency in their swimming.
Practices are 60 minutes in duration.
Swimmers in this program are encouraged to participate in regional swim meets throughout the season to track their progress and gain valuable race experience.

This program is for experienced swimmers with an emphasis on increasing speed and mastering stroke technique.
Swimmers in this group demonstrate a high commitment to the sport and are attending all meets, including the Regional Championship, with the goal of qualifying for Provincial Championships.
Practices are 90 minutes in duration.
Registration is by coaches discretion.
